Job description / Role

Functional Responsibilities
• Prepares final Packaging design
• Prepares final Layout design
• Maintains all updated files for the creative services team, functioning as a Library keeper
• Finalizing files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed.
• Adapting artworks into many sizes
• Incorporate quick changes recommended by the clients into the final design within the constraints of time
• Ensures all work produced adheres to specified corporate guidelines.
• Prepare file for printing upon request; identify the size and the form with customer’s file.
• Develop graphics and material for presentations upon art director request
• Carries out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested.
• Coordinate with the creative team of art directors and designers
• Prioritises work in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Ensures work is checked and signed off before releasing.
• Retouches images when necessary.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in a relevant creative discipline, i.e. graphic Design, design
• Has at least 5-7 years’ experience in artworks adaptations and finalization for Printing press
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understand the value of color, materials, and finishes as it applies to design
• Creative, Flexible. - High attention to details
• Time management skills.
• Good communication skills
• Show the ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Other than supplying to the retail outlets the Group also exports to countries across the GCC and Egypt. The Group optimistically contributes to the blooming industry of Abaya and Sheila, and special care is being taken to synchronize the highly creative and experienced team to innovate new distinct designs in each and every product.
