Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this job is to assist the Regional Product & Program Development Manager to focus on the strategic growth initiatives of ACDelco products in 2016 & 2017.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development
• Support Product Team in developing new ACDelco aftermarket products.
• Interact with global GM teams in expanding product range for other North American Cars (Ford, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler)
• Analysis of the current product portfolio and suggest improvements
• Support Contribution Margin Improvements (Opex projects) for timely completion
• Dealer Communications: Support dealer network on the salient features of ACDelco products programs
• Collate data on competition from the sales team and explore opportunities on pricing

Aftersales Business Management
• Create the MTP (mid-term plan) and LTP (long-term plan) Service Capacity Plan per dealer and country
• Create a Loyalty Program using tools such Navigation Updates to identify and reward the most loyal dealer
• Identify Retail business per dealer per product line to help in upcoming Volume Discussions and ToS (terms of sales).

Business Development & Planning
• Overview of various projects undertaken within CCA (Customer Care & Aftersales) department to initiate creative ideas/improvements into the various projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required
• Job Placement or Internship experience;
• Experience in Marketing projects preferred;
• Working knowledge of different excel functions.

GM has 2 facilities here in Middle East one is in Dubai World Trade Centre and the other, Middle East Distribution Corporation, which is located in Jebel Ali.
