Product Manager - Automobile

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Product Manager for one of our client in the automobile industry.
In this role, you will analyze market segments and competitor activity to position products, ensure smooth product implementation, and oversee life cycle management. Additionally, you will transform the product department into a data-driven unit by establishing automated data mining processes and digital reporting tools.

Main Responsibilities:
• Pricing and specification of new models for regions.
• Volume planning for current and future models.
• Create and maintain supporting documents.
• Act as the main point of contact for product-related questions.
• Manage lifecycle of current models.
• Coordinate pricing quality in internal systems.
• Drive the company to roll out in all markets and models.
• Act as the main point of contact for Company’s HQ and service providers.
• Develop and implement a data strategy.
• Setup reports for data-driven decisions.
• Support with IMF planning.
• Expand pricing index to KSA using required data.
• Maintain and improve Qlik dashboard and reports.

Requirements

Key Competencies & Qualifications:
• Relevant University Degree in Computer, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in product management in Automobile sector.
• Advanced Excel and data management (Qlik) skills.
• Experience in Power tools is an advantage.
• Must have experience in the automotive field.
• Fluency in English. German is advantageous.
