Job description / Role
Principal Accountabilities:
• Organize systems evolutions: gather requirements, write technical specifications, define priorities, coordinate with systems providers, organize trainings, communicate to users and management
• Manage system integrations and data alignment
Main tasks:
• Ensure deployment and integration projects progress
• Organize discussion and workshop with key users
• Gather business requirements, write technical specifications
• Share and coordinate with system provider
• Organizes sprint and releases, based on business priorities
• Maintain the backlog
• Validate conformity of deliverable with the request
• Ensure non-regression
• Participate to the long-term strategy of the product
Support
• Help end users in their day to day activities on the product
• Detect users having difficulties
• Coordinate between parties during incidents
• Structure and maintain knowledge database
• Provide data management support
Requirements
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work with various teams
• Experience with SQL is an asset
• PMP or other project management certification a plus
• Knowledge of ETL and BI solutions a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer science or related field
