The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to drive product innovation by partnering closely with the sales team and define the global product go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving ads product. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients. We are looking for an intern with a passion for brand & video product marketing to drive go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and play a supporting role in influencing the development of product roadmaps. As part of the PSO team, the role involves close collaboration with both sales and product teams in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Business Marketing, and Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for key branding advertisers (Enterprise clients, agencies, as well as mid-market clients).
- Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners (product development, business marketing, operations) to launch and grow new ways for Branding-focused advertisers to run advertising campaigns via TikTok Advertising Manager. - Develop best practices through the lens of clients to drive business outcomes for our clients
- Partner closely with measurement teams with short-term and long-term initiatives to continuously prove Tiktok's value in driving business goals
- Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Create training and enablement programs to educate and support both internal teams and educate external customers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, HQ counterparts, and Sales teams to build customer-centric solutions for our advertisers in the region.

Requirements

Qualifications
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree (or above) in marketing or business related subjects, graduating in 2025 and must be available in June 2024 for 3 months
- Some understanding, interest or exposure to key branding products on TikTok
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task and work independently, interest or exposure to influencing cross-functional teams - Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solver - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- a 'can-do' attitude, capable of explaining complex concepts simply
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against stretching performance goals & proving brand value. No previous Product Marketing experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a media agency
- Experience in ads monetization business for branding solutions, influencer marketing advertising
- Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish or Russian is preferred but not required
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experience
