Job description / Role
• Responsible for coordinating with shift team members and scheduling the team member’s assignments.
• Reports his team members’ attendance time cards.
• Schedule the work under production programmed. Ensures trouble free production.
• Ensures compliance with quality criteria.
• Checks all work stations, control points and operations.
• Report any and all irregularities in plant & in operations.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the production area.
• Conducts Employees Internal training programme.
• Coordinates calcinations & board plant production.
• To check stock of raw materials with SAP.
• Entry of Raw materials to SAP.
• Posting of daily production to SAP.
• Coordinating for culls & packing boards.
• Arrangements of forklifts by coordinating with mechanical department.
• Maintain all production related daily ISO records and file.
• Coordinates with dispatch for SAP entries.
• Physical counting of warehouse stock.
• Placing PR for production related items/material.
• Adopting focused improvement principles to improve the quality and business.
Requirements
• Must hold a Degree/ Diploma /Certificate in Production Engineering or related.
• Must have at least 2 years` experience in similar role within a Gypsum Board Manufacturing company.
• Should have relevant technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Must be good in problem-solving
• Should know how to prioritise tasks
• Must be able to work alone and as part of a team
