Production Manager

Job description / Role

In this role, you will:

- Ensure that manufacturing processes for mobile and networking HW products run reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities of the job include:

- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
-Oorganizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Organizing relevant training sessions
- Managers must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in Computer Science and/or Information Technology Engineering
- 2 years of experience of servicing, repairing of Qualcomm based mobile products
- 2-3 years of work experience as electronic repair manager
- 2-3 years of work experience as mobile technician
- Experience in managing technicians responsible for repairing and recovering electronics and smartphones
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
- Previous experience working at electronics service centers as manager
