Position Title: Production Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A highly respected group in the FMCG Distribution Industry, based in Abu Dhabi, known for its high-quality brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region.

Job Description:
• Supervise and direct production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and other personnel according to established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process to improve product quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment, do preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male, 25 to 50 years old
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in Production
• Must have knowledge in Coffee Manufacturing with Engineering background
• With PMP and SAP knowledge
