Production/Operations Manager – Readymix
Dubai
• Oversight and responsibility for daily operations, including safe production, dispatch & delivery, quality control, and strong customer service. Drive operational and safety performance through continuous improvement initiatives that meet or exceed company goals.
• Provide leadership and oversight of sales and marketing efforts resulting in maximum product sales, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and driving maximum profitability.
• Works out, Improves and Implements Standard Operating procedures for Production, Delivery and Placing process.
• Monitors and reviews performance of personnel and organize necessary intervention for improvement.
• Ensuring all materials meet quality control requirements and ability to maintain production levels including cement, aggregates, and admixtures
• Provide leadership Knowledge of the cement/concrete production process.
• Ensures efficient collaboration with Plant Maintenance, Fleet Management and Procurement group regarding decisions on equipment use, maintenance, allocation, improvement, modification and acquisition
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil engineering, Industrial Manufacturing and Construction Management or any related.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience running a large ready-mix operation, including ancillary functions such yard production, mine operations and product delivery
• Experience in a vertically integrated construction materials organization preferred
• Knowledge of the cement/concrete production process.
