JOB PURPOSE:

Supervises monitors control and co-ordinate the operation of production facilities on Oil and Gas cluster to ensure safe and efficient operation and ensure the Company's oil/gas production targets are met in terms of quality and quantity. Co-ordinates the routine / planned maintenance activities, including issuing work permits (PTW/WMS) for maintenance jobs, shutting-down / starting up additional equipment to ensure that plant's operation are not interrupted. (Work covers oil and gas cluster production operations area)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform duties of Area authority, Defeat Override and isolating Authority as per Company Work Management System (WMS).
- Daily contacts with work associates and operations personnel up to Production Team Leaders level to discuss production plan targets, production plant operating activities and operating procedures.
- Daily contacts with Maintenance personnel within oil and gas operation team up to Supervisor level for implementation, co-ordination and progress of maintenance activities.
- Daily contacts with Production Team personnel up to Supervisor level to discuss field wells availability and operation.
- Occasional contacts with work associates in asset up to Engineer level to discuss engineering requirements and co-ordinate work activities.
- Occasional contact with personnel in commercial division at equivalent level to discuss Chemicals requirements.
- Occasional contact with personnel in Store division at equivalent level to follow up material requisitions, and chemicals supply.
- Works according to specialized technical standards, and ADNOC established procedures and HSE standards, using own initiative, judgment in adjusting plant conditions - particularly in emergency situations.
- Supervision: Directs, control and supervises the activities of assigned personnel involved in operating the oil and gas cluster production, including starting up / shutting down the gas and oil treatment units and gas production wells, first line maintenance, housekeeping...etc.

Operation Activities:

- Monitors and supervises through the Control Room facilities the operation of crude and gas production/treatment and to meet the Company's targets in terms of quality and quantity.
- Supervise the preparations oil & gas clusters equipment for routine, break down and planned maintenance activities as per established procedures.
- Trouble [1] shoots minor operation problems and reports major problems and emergencies to Production (Oil) Team Leader and Production (Gas) Team Leader with proposed solutions.
- Evaluate JOB DESCRIPTION Version: 1.0 Page 2 of 4 ADNOC Classification: Internal daily pertaining equipment performance, prepares production reports and recommends to Team Leader for improvement.

Requirements

Work Control:

- Supervise and personally participate in preparing the plant /equipment for maintenance work.
- Issues hot, cold and entry work permits and isolation Confirmation Certificates for all routine planned and break down maintenance work.
- Supervise and personally participate in re-commissioning of the plant to ensure safe and efficient.
- Monitor and evaluates the reliability of plant equipment and plant performance.
- Ensure availability of spares and chemicals stocks including review of chemicals and material inventories, maintaining adequate stock and issuing material requisitions.
- Act in Emergency Response duties as On-Scene Commander of his respective area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Team Leader such as:
- Taking part in training / developing new recruits / UAE National Employees implementing orientation programs and preparing necessary reports.
- Orders process chemicals, initiate work request etc. through use of SAP and maintain required stock of chemicals all time at site.
- Actively and systematically contributes in achieving Objectives & KPIs.
- Actively and systematically contributes in achieving HSE targets and environmental requirements.
- Train and develop UAE and team member's skills to achieve competency progression objectives, enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective
