Professional Training & Coaching

Reporting to: General Manager
Duration: Permanent position

Main responsibilities:
- conducts training, workshops and seminars,
- creates bespoke and tailored interactive training content,
- creates long-term training plans for company customers,
- prepares and creates business offers,
- designs, negotiates and implements long term cooperation plans with company customers,
- actively seeks new B2B and B2C customers for own and company's services offer,
- actively cooperates with other company Trainers ensuring best possible customer service excellence,
- reports on conducted activities.

Desired start date: 1 October 2016
Probation: 1 month
Travel requirements: occasional travel, also in GCC
Commission (only) based job: 50% commission from delivered services
Other Benefits: as per UAE law

Experience:
- Extensive Training experience is a must - minimum 5 years of it in UAE,
- Rich and own portfolio of the personally authored trainings is also a must,
- Business experience is essential - we look for trainers who know the market from their own sales and/or managerial experience,
- 1000+ hours of group training and workshops,
- UAE driving license holder

Additional skills and characteristics to put candidates higher on the list:
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills,
- Customer service excellence,
- Fluent Arabic,
- 5 years of experience in managerial positions in: Sales, Relationship Management, Retail, Key Accounting, General Management, Business Consultancy,
- Certificates from intentionally recognized training and coaching organizations and schools,
- UAE network of contacts in training and also corporate environment,
- References from 2 former superiors.
