Job description / Role
Successful European Architecture practice has been in UAE delivering large-scale landmark projects for over a decade.
They have been growing steadily and have a very healthy pipeline of major projects across the region.
Currently they invite Project delivery Architects to apply for a role in their medium sized business in Abu Dhabi.
These Project Architects will be focusing on managing projects from DD stage, overseeing Revit documentation teams and coordinating with external MEP, Structural consultants. Managing design review of documents and ensuring that the project deliverables are executed within timeline and contractual obligations.
Requirements
These Project Architects will be in UAE already and have around 10 years experience post Graduation of a Bachelor of Architecture.
Experience in the UAE will show project delivery experience from DD to project completion, of medium to large-scale commercial projects.
Expertise on Revit is ideal, however if not, AutoCAD necessary. This individual will have excellent construction and technical knowledge to 'red pen' drawings and overseeing team members.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary to represent this Award winning Architectural firm.
