Project Architect

Job description / Role

Working with an internationally respected Architecture Consultancy in Dubai as they require x2 Project Architects to work on a large, complex Hospitality & Entertainment project.

This project will provide a dream job for Architects looking to gain exposure with some big names within the industry.

Due to urgent requirement, only looking to speak with candidates already located in the UAE with experience in the mentioned disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural drawings and documents for projects and ensuring their production
• Facilitates coordination and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams including specialist subconsultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders
• Technical coordination with and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams and specialist consultants
• Attends coordination meetings and design workshops as required
• Overall deliverables of the architectural discipline
• Preparation and control of design documents as per standard procedures and as per contractual requirements
• Prepares design documents to enable reviews and resolve any comments made
• Ensures design calculations are checked and comments resolved
• Coordination of design documents across all disciplines

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must have:

• Bachelors Degree in relevant subject
• Minimum 5 years experience on large scale Hospitality projects
• Fluent in English
