Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an exceptional luxury brand that is well known in the lighting and interiors arena and is looking to hire a Project Consultant to join the Dubai based team.
As a Project Consultant, you will be required to have a design focused background but also have good sales skills or experience with ( B2B ) customers and be capable of handling negotiations , generating leads and observing market trends in an analytical manner to ensure sales targets are being met. Our client is looking for someone who has established contacts with Interior Designers/Architects and preferably worked on high end residential and/or hospitality projects at all stages from concept to completion. To be successful in this role you should have experience with design software, Rhino 3D would be preferable but not a must, this will be to design sketches for bespoke lighting solutions. You will be required to work closely with internal designers on the final design proposal and close the project with the contractor. Although the role is design focused, this role requires someone who is enthusiastic and has a 'think outside the box' approach.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field but focused on high end fit out, preferably lighting at some stage in their career. You should have excellent communications and verbal skill as you will a brand ambassador so being smartly dressed and presentable at all times in paramount. The key part to this role, is to be passionate and dedicated.
