Position Title: Project Controls Officer

A strong global group, leading the manufacturing and trading of petrochemical product,, based in Fujairah, UAE

Job Description:
- Tracking project expenses and ensuring they align with the approved budget to keep cost-saving strategies.
- Monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- PCOs help keep the project on track by addressing scheduling issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and progress reports.
- Ensuring that documents are organized and readily accessible.
- Preparing regular project performance reports for stakeholders, which include cost, schedule, and progress data.
- Analyzing this information to provide insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Assisting in the allocation of resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure they align with project requirements and schedules.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Male, 30-45 years old and below
- Minimum 15 years of similar work experience preferably with background from oil & gas / petroleum industry
- Have a strong technical understanding of drilling processes, reservoir management, production techniques, and equipment
- A strong focus on health, safety, and environmental practices is essential in the oil and gas industry
- Experience with managing project timeline, dealing with all issues
