Employment: Full Time

The Project Director is responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing, and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing, and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide strategic, technical, operational, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
•Establish and effectively lead a highly capable team who will deliver against the strategic growth objectives
•Implement and manage business and process improvement
•Provide thought leadership, prepare, and deliver effective client presentations
•Lead a safe, compliant environment for our team members and clients by ensuring processes are followed and gaps identified and escalated to resolution.
•Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
•Manage projects to produce specified results with the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
•Ensure the P&L of each project is done to maximize profits and define a robust and achievable growth strategy which will successfully improve performance.
•Ensure exploitation of all income opportunities within existing client portfolio and prospective client base.
•Drive excellence in operational delivery to new and existing clients to build and maximize good client relationships
•Coordinate with third party suppliers and ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
•Set revenue targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
•Foster interdepartmental collaboration and organize meetings with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ need and ensure delivery within deadlines
•Assist with the hiring process of new team members and identify training needs of team members to implement accordingly
•Research industry trends and provide advice to team members about client strategy or new sales opportunities

•Conduct monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of all deliverables and obligations.
•Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings and industry, and study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
•Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction and ensure existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
•Liaise with clients and management to take control of incoming briefs, interrogating them, owning the response, and overseeing the translation of client’s briefs to creatively strategic proposals within defined timeframes.
•Establish work plan and staffing for each project and develop an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail.
•Develop, produce, and ensure implementation of detailed proposals for events and activations with timelines, presentations, venues, suppliers, and documentations.
•Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
•Stay up to date with media, marketing and design developments and tools, then share any findings to achieve perpetual improvement across the company
•Review status reports prepared by Project Managers, modify schedules or plans as required, evaluate progress, and prepare detailed project reports for presentation to management.
•Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities as needed, and travel to execute projects when required.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Requirements

•A minimum of10years’ experience in a similar role.
•Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
•A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities
•Commercial awareness
•Ability to network and build relationships
•Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
•Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
•Aptitude for fostering positive relationships, being resilient and self-motivated
•Strong teamwork and leadership skill
•Customer-oriented mindset
•Bachelor's degree in Business Manage mentor a related field is an added advantage
