Project Director - Construction Management

Job description / Role

Experienced Project Director is required to run a landmark project based in the UAE. Candidates will be experienced in leading multi disciplined team and working with a demanding client.

Candidates must have 15 year minimum experience as SPM / Project Director Managing projects that you have seen from "Cradle to Grave".

You will have the smarts to drill into programme to get to the real delays exposed and how to recover the these to get the programme back on schedule.

Experienced in dealing with contractors in the UAE and know what is true and what is not.

You will be adept at looking ahead a foreseeing potential issues that may delay the programme, baseline and contract risks that may appear.

Your main task will be to DRIVE and be on top of the contractors to ensure the Programme is running to plan.

Requirements

- 20 Years in Construction Management
- Experienced in mixed use master planned developments (High End Residential, Retail and Infrastructure).
- 10 Years experience in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
- Ability to manage expectations of Key Stake Holders
- Degree Qualified
- Exceptional English is a MUST
- A proven track record of delivering projects with references
