Position Title: Project Director for Multi Startup Projects
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 60K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus visa, insurance, and family benefits

Job Description:
• Planning and executing startup projects: You would be responsible for defining project objectives, determining project scope, creating project plans, tracking progress, reporting to management, and updating issues and resolutions per milestone by working with suppliers and designers / fit out contractors.
• Budget & Stakeholder management: You would be responsible for sitting with management to get the final budget and any adjustments, managing the project budget very closely, and ensuring that project costs are within budget constraints as approved.
• You would be the main focal point of contact between all internal stakeholders to include suppliers, designers, contractors, authorities, and concept management to ensure that projects are delivered based on expectations without delays.
• Resource allocation & Quality Control: You would be responsible to ensure that the allocating resources for each project is adequate to reach the finish line with quality and within budget to include equipment and materials.
• Team management: You would be responsible for managing and motivating project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget by using strong leadership skills, excellent project management skills, and experience leading and delivering startup projects.
• Risk management: You would be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks and safety to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Reporting Skills: must be able to communicate on a timely manner across all mentioned above points to ensure that all messages are well broadcasted and acknowledged with action plans accordingly.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male, 55 years old and below
• More than 8 years’ experience in the same role and has handled major startup projects.
• Can join immediately will be prioritized.
• Solid communications skills with all levels.
