Duneden has been selected as the exclusive resourcing partner to one of the most ambitious tourism, leisure, and entertainment developments of its time. Covering over 3 billion square feet, this project will feature eco-tourism, restaurants, hotels, retail venues and a cluster of mega theme parks the likes of which have never been seen before. This development is set to bolster, strengthen and sustain the Dubai tourism industry for years to come. This organization is in its infancy and is therefore seeking a multitude of ambitious, dynamic and forward thinking individuals.
My client is currently recruiting for a Project Director for Timeshare Development.
Requirements
The should have 7-10 years experience working in the Timeshare Industry with at least 5 years of this at a Project Director level. You should have experience in vacation ownership development coupled with mid-level sales, marketing and managerial experience. Candidates should bring with them an accomplished track record of implementing sales and training processes and marketing programs. Candidates should have high energy, enjoy fast paced environments and be able to drive and motivate their team. Experience of working with multi-national colleagues and clients is important.
