Position Title: Project Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus
Job Location: UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a fabrication company, fabricating, painting and erecting structural steel for industrial plants or commercial building projects. Steel fabrication including structural steel and steel plate.
Job Role:
• Set out and organize the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications
• Liaise with main contractor, consultant and client, as necessary for site work progress
• Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff / workmen under their responsibility
• Attend coordination meetings organized by client and consultants etc.
• Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks
• Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Pakistani nationality
• Male, 45 years and below
• Diploma or degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in construction sector
• Must have strong background in steel structures
• Has experience in Work Inspection Report (WIR) and Material Inspection Report (MIR)
• Excellent communication skills in English
