Job description / Role

• Report or resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner
• Maintain project schedule and cost forecast throughout project with periodic updates
• Checks and controls cost movements, compares with current scope and progress as well as with previous forecast.
• Communicates schedule and cost status
• Provides internal and external periodic project reporting of project status
• Presents all financial data in a transparent way and in coordination with finance team, attends project and management review to present cost status
• Provides change order calculations to ensure schedule and cost estimates are accurate
• Updates changes in appropriate systems to ensure costs are aligned to the current situation
• Aligns with Finance Controller to ensure reconciliation takes place between approved project financial data and books.
• Support project close out and claims
• Conduct risk assessment, identify and implement risk mitigation plans
• Ensure quality plan and commissioning procedure are followed
• Manage project acceptance
• Set-up and monitor control criteria for quality of works (Engineering, CW, erection, test&com)
• Evaluate supplies.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Network of Interaction:
• External Sources / External Destinations: Customers and Suppliers
• Internal Sources/Internal Destinations: Project Managers and other Functions involved on project.

Education:
• Degree level or equivalent education.
• Most suitable candidates will possess an engineering related degree, although some may come from a commercial or industrial management background.
• English basics.

Experience:
• DEWA working experience.
