Job description / Role
Our client is looking to recruit a Project Engineering Manager with a background in offshore EPCI projects in the Middle East. This is a leadership role with client interface. The role will be based out of the UAE.
Requirements
You will have a Bachelors’ degree in engineering from a recognised university and a minimum 15 years’ progressive experience in engineering with a minimum of 10 years in Lead and PEM positions in offshore EPC projects in the Middle East. You will have managed large EPC jobs (minimum of $300m per project).
Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written as well as experience in leading multi-cultural engineering teams. In addition you will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with other disciplines and with the client, assign and supervise individual work assignments, and effectively manage scope, budgets, and schedule for engineering activities.
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards will be a bonus.
