Project Finance Lawyer
UK International Law firm
Dubai Based
Search has been asked, by an old client of ours, to seek a high calibre project finance lawyer for their transactional team based in Dubai.
This is an exceptional opportunity in which the chosen candidate will be in a position to be at the forefront of market leading transactions, of exceptionally high profile, and as a result they will need to have background and experience to justify being put forward to this role.
The law firm is one of the most celebrated and high profile UK law firms to be operating in the UAE. They have a rich history within the region as well as bolstering a number off offices throughout the GCC.
Corporate Lawyers will be an admitted in England & Wales (or a similar level jurisdiction) and have completed a training contract within a recognised law firm.
The client is looking for genuine commitment to the region as this role does offer progression within the firm which can be discussed during interview.
The salary the client is offering is approximately 480,000 AED (£90,000) - 600,000 AED (£100,000) for this post but this can be flexible based on the candidate.

Requirements
In addition candidates will be focused on project work with a particular focus on construction and financing of energy and transport infrastructure projects. This is a very technically focused role and any candidates that wish to apply. Candidates are expected to have:
- 3-5 PQE
- English qualified
- Excellent project finance experience (funds experience would be bonus)
- technical ability with confidence on such transactions
- Evidence of BD skills important
- Arabic not necessary but, as always, a bonus
