Project Intern - HR

Job description / Role

We at 1on1 HRC are expanding and are looking to hire a dynamic, creative, excellent communicator and go-getter PROJECT INTERN in HR Services. You will be an active member of our company's team, responsible for a variety of task and projects on a daily basis. You will wear many hats to keep you engaged and active in the business and a great chance to get some excellent exposure to the world of HR and business.

Your responsibilities will involve:
- Sourcing and screening profiles on job boards
- Generate sales leads for the business
- Support the Director on HR Projects
- Ownership of creating and running the entire process for visa applications for travel from Iraq to UK, Europe. This will include collection of documents, reviewing applications, submissions and processing.
- Organise travel arrangements including air tickets, hotel accommodations, airport pickups and drop offs.
- Search and selection of training institutes / Universities locally and internationally
- Social Media Management
- Filing

Requirements

You will be a highly motivated person, with lots of Initiative and drive, with outstanding communication skills. Being organised and maintaining a proper filing system would be a pre-requisite for the role, You will have excellent written skills and can make systems and forms as needed. A bubbly and warm personality, with a CAN DO and WILL DO attitude will suit the role. Ideally looking for Arabic speaking candidates, but if you can drive the visa applications and other aspects with your excellent English, we are open to have a chat with you.
