Job description / Role
European Design Consultancy with Construction Supervision/Delivery department have a number of large scale, mixed use projects across the UAE with major Property Developers.
Currently they require a Project Manager who will report into the Construction Director and be responsible for delivering large scale projects.
Responsible for communicating between the design office and the construction delivery team on site, this individual will be able to ensure successful delivery, on time and within budget of projects, such as malls, towers, mixed use developments in Dubai.
Client and contractor management is a major responsibility for this professional to ensure a slick delivery of the project within time and budget constraints.
Requirements
- With around 15 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering this individual will have recent project delivery experience in Dubai/UAE within a consultancy.
- Successful track record of project delivery will be shown, of significant size projects, with financial and resource management. Contract administration experience, and FIDIC experience is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills are required, written and oral, to represent this revered company to their clients.
- This is a long term hire for the company so they expect candidates who have a solid and dedicated employment history.
