Job description / Role
This position is required for the construction & development of the infrastructure & construction projects. He will be also be responsible to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that all parties are performing properly to oversee the project to ensure the desired results are achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent.
• Membership of any relevant Professional / Chartered bodies desirable.
• Work experience in the field of real estate development
• Relevant experience with a large real estate developer would be an advantage
• Leadership experience to bring multi-disciplinary teams in alignment.

Salary Range:
AED 35-45K (depending on qualification & experience)
