Project Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection is looking for a Project Manager for an expanding food and beverage group across the GCC. Already with a large number of established units across the GCC the focus will be upon working on the development of the future pipeline.

You must have worked on development with a QSR, coffee shops or fast casual franchises and understand how the model works.

You must have knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment and back of house layouts with flow systems. And of course have experience in sketching, drafting and designing and MS Office / Photoshop.

You will be leading an assortment of diverse projects including new ventures and repairs, extensive scale application advancement, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

As a Project Manager of this reputed group, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing a detailed project plans and track progress
• Characterizing, planning, coordinating, and conveying projects.
• Guaranteeing the final results are of the highest caliber with an clearly articulated scope.
• Coordinating substantial scale complex projects frequently including various internal and external constituents and partners
• Dealing all aspects of the task life cycle and oversees all phases of a project
• Managing all time allotment, cost and quality parameters
• Sending tenders (illustrations and bill of quantities) and follow up queries to qualified contractual workers.
• Validating financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provide on-going reconciliation of assets.
• Reporting detailed accounts of an overall integrated delivery.
• Overseeing project teams and sub-temporary workers to increase organized work output.
• Maintaining working relations with government authorities and administration.
• Reviewing outline ideas, technical illustrations and bid of quotations.
• Providing concrete details to temporary workers and providers.
• Assessing each tender and prepares local purchase order/payment requests.

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Project Manager)

• A degree in Architecture or the relevant equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in project management, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on new projects and refurbishment, system and technical in the Food & Beverage/restaurant sector within the GCC region.
• Due to the nature of the business we are looking for an Arabic speaker.
