Job description / Role
- Overall in charge of the site and project supervision team.
- Implementation of all construction obligations (technical & contractual) during mobilization, course of construction works and completion stage.
- Inspection of site for progress as per programme, quality controls, clarifications and work approvals.
- Review of shop drawings, material submittals, reply to RFI’s, inspection requests etc.
- Preparing correspondences, minutes of meeting, payment certificates, snag lists etc.
- Monitoring material procurement schedule.
- Monitor and control the project to make sure that it is completed within the contractual period and budget.
- Monitor and control the full testing and commissioning process.
- Review and approve all project close out documents.
Requirements
- BSc. Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in Consultant firm
- Leadership, communication, time management, negotiating, team management, and critical thinking.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Coordinate with Authorities to expedite Permits and Approvals
