Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire life cycle of interior fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project issues promptly to ensure smooth progress.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future partnerships.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in design and build interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of the interior fit-out industry, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with the UAE construction market and regulations.
• A degree in Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
