Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our landscaping and construction team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and construction project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of landscaping and construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of landscaping and construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure projects stay on track
- Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping and construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to success
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges
- Solid understanding of project management tools and software to effectively plan, track, and report on project progress
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in the UAE is preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
