Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are representing a global Architecture practice involved on several exciting projects within the Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential sectors.

As part of their continued development and a number of project awards, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to assist in the planning and delivery of their projects. Our client provides excellent development opportunities and long-term prospects.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion
• Primary point of contact with the client and local consultants
• Coordinating and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Collaborating with their other offices to share information and progress as and when required
• Leading and mentoring project team members
• Managing contract administration and procurement processes

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Must be based in Middle East
• Excellent communication skills
• Portfolio of projects led and delivered
• Able to manage a team
• Willingness to develop further
