Job description / Role
Purpose: To oversee the execution of building projects in order to ensure they comply with contractual requirements. To monitor and control projects. To stay up to date with local codes; to monitor required authorities approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a well-recognized university.
- At least 6 years of UAE experience in a project management firm or with a reputable contracting firm working alongside reputable managers and design consultations.
Knowledge and Skills:
Project management. AutoCAD. Planning and forecasting. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
