Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Architectural Design studio is seeking a Project Lead/ Project Manager to join their thriving studio, This role is to ensure the smooth day to day management of projects. The project leads responsibilities include the Studio management of projects, including the staff and overall resources involved in the project.As well as directly supporting the client and establishing and maintaining the day-to-day management of the production and delivery of Projects for the studio.
Requirements
Project Lead/ Project manager to join their thriving studio, This role is to ensure the smooth day to day management of projects.
- You much have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture/ Post graduate studies in project management and RIBA will be preferred along with a solid works history with leading studios and local UAE experience. Preference will be given to candidates in town.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Leader/ manager /Managerial position within the Gulf Region
- Proficient skills in Revit
- A proven record of project delivery, in a hands-on, on time and within budget
- Deep understanding of design best practice, tools, techniques, market trends and product innovation
