Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The ATM Support Services Team will be responsible for managing the set up/movement/installation of new ATMs/CDMs and ensure smooth running of the BAU service of the ATM/CDM. he position will involve working with virtual teams across Operations, IT, Vendor Management, Branches, Corporate Services and Consumer banking business.

Project Manager will be reporting to Senior Manager ATM Support Services.

Responsibilities of the role as follow:

• End to end management of ATM/CDM Installation, commissioning and operational aspects of new ATM/CDMs. This includes new ATM and change of existing ATM/CDMs.
• Work closely with Consumer Banking Channels team to understand requirements.
• Ensure seamless delivery of requirements by working effectively with virtual teams across Operations, IT, Branches, Corproate Services and Consumer Banking Channels.
• Assist in the migration of operational activities currently handled within Business into the appropriate department within GBS.
• Assist in the development of ATM/CDM related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) integrating the various workstream activities.
• Assist in the development and maintain Key Performance Indicators / Dashboards on ATM/CDM Performance.

Potential Responsibilities:

• Establish a core working team for ATM/CDM Services based on the established service model.
• End to end management of ATM/CDM Installation, commissioning and operational aspects of new ATM/CDMs. This includes new and changes to existing ATM/CDMs.
• Efficient management of existing ATM/CDM network and operational effectiveness by working together with core and virtual teams.
• Work closely with business to understand requirements and act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders on ATM/CDM related issues.
• Migrate operational activities currently handled within Business into the appropriate department within GBS.
• Develop ATM/CDM related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) integrating the various workstream activities.
• Work effectively with direct and virtual teams across various units for seamless coordination of tasks.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards on ATM/CDM Performance. Ensure communication and review of dashboards at agreed intervals to the stakeholders.

Requirements

5 years experience in handling projects within consumer banking or \support/shared services functions. Knowledge of ATMs / channels is desirable

Experiences to include:

1. Sound knowledge of ATMs/alternate distribution channels
2. Successful track record in project management
3. Experience in effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
