Project Manager - Bridges / Infrastructure Dubai
An experienced Project Manager is desired for a fast track Bridge Project in Central Dubai. The Project Manager will have a clear history of delivering on RTA projects with a clear understanding of specifications, Dubai standards & HSE practices. This project is the 1st Phase of a larger project so the business sees this as an essential foot in the door for what is a considerable spend for workload over the next 3-4 Years. Our contractor is 100% open to nationality and age as it’s more about bringing someone into the business with the track record desired.
You will be joining a business that is in a busy period of work having picked up some significant work from repeat clients that they have a historical relationship with over the past 15-20 Years.
Specifics about the project:
• 16 Month Program
• Manpower on the project will peak at around 750-950
• Project Value 350 Million AED
• Local Dubai Experience within Civil Infrastructure is essential
Requirements
• Ideally 15 Years Post Graduate Experience
• 3-5 Years GCC exposure
• Clear history of performing as a No1 on site regardless of title whether that is: Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Delivery Manager, Senior Construction Manager – What is essential to NSR Associates and our client is the duties, responsibilities and coordination you performed.
