Project Manager - Construction

Job description / Role

• Drawing up and coordination of plans-schedules and the budget of the project. Definition of control points;
• Organization and control of construction, installation and commissioning works by contractors or our own teams, control of deadlines and quality;
• Organization of permissions;
• Control of the purchase of materials to the work sites;
• Development and control over the expenditure of project budget funds, initiation of payments for the project;
• Project cost optimization.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Engineering from a reputable institution.
• PMP certification is added advantage.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of professional experience in project design, planning, and implementation
• Previous experience in residential developments and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Experience working with either a PMC or as a Client Representative
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to delegate and coordinate responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
