Job description / Role
- Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects while ensuring consistency with the company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with client and consultant/local authority/sub-contractors.
- Lead the planning/quality control /safety assurance/ progress control and implementation of project
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Assemble and coordinate project department and project staff
- Mange project resource allocation
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the report to company management
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and sub contractors.
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering or above.
- 10 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in English language
- Valid UAE driving license
