The Challenge

We are looking for a qualified project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day project management and ensuring smooth execution of various solutions implementation projects in the domain of cognitive computing.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help businesses to achieve business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management, people management, risk management and communication skills.

IT infrastructure and cloud knowledge is a plus.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects within quality, time, budget scope requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Ensuring smooth communication with the clients and others stakeholders
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure successful completion
- Assembling and coordinating project team members
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and distribution of project communications
- Executing projects according to company's methodology and industry best practices

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant field
- BSc in computer science or similar fields
- Proven work experience as an IT project manager leading enterprise IT projects
- Experience in executing projects according to recognized industry methodologies (e.g. PMI, any of the agile methodologies)
- Hands on experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Excellent organization and client management skills
- Communication, team and stakeholders' management skills
- Solid technical background
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, or similar)
