Job description / Role
Overlooking subcontractors and Project Engineers on projects assigned to.
You will be reporting directly to Sr Project Manager/Operations.
You will handle CAPEX/OPEX on projects assigned.
Project Management, Technical Supervision, Account Management
Requirements
• BS/AS degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field with prior project management experience.
• Minimum 8 years experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office & Excel
