Project Manager for a Main Contractor in Dubai

Our client has an enviable portfolio of completed projects that include high-rise office and residential, corporate headquarters, hotels, and commercial buildings. They offer clients a comprehensive selection of procurement methods including traditional, design and build, two stage tender and advocate partnering with selected clients.

They are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to manages all aspects of scope development, cost estimates and schedule of the construction by collaborating both within the engineering organization and with the client.

Requirements

- BS in an Engineering discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of total experience with minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, leading projects from start to finish
- The candidate must possess excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills along with problem solving and conflict management skills
