Project Manager (1x Hotel, 1x Mixed Use)
Our client is a leading Architectural and interior design studio looking for a 2 project managers to join their well established team. The requirement comes due to rapid growth on exciting new projects, with the focus for 1 PM to look after mixed used and the other hotel projects.
In this position you will be responsible for managing the client relationship and the project success measured in client satisfaction, work quality, profitability and team professionalism. You will manage all phases of the project though construction including budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, construction documents with authority to direct and monitor all activities on large complex projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will posses over 12 years of experience within the industry, ideally working as an architect and moving into project management. You will work closely with the Technical manager on all projects and must have advance knowledge of design process, construction documentation, construction administration and materials. (LEED AP or within 6 months is required) Preference will be given to western educated candidates.
