Job description / Role
• Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead project teams consisting of creative, account management, production, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, strategies, and deliverables that meet client requirements and objectives.
• Oversee the production process, including print, digital, and multimedia assets, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and within quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and client communications, in accordance with agency standards and procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and changes.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to project activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project activities with other initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records in accordance with organizational standards
• Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members understand their responsibilities.
Requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Clickup, Monday & Wrike).
• 5-6 years of proven experience as a project manager
• Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, platforms, and technologies, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in Advertising agencies, Startup or SaaS products is preferred but not required.
• Preferred nationality Arabs living in the UAE
