Property Administrator

Job description / Role

Better Homes is seeking to appoint a Property Administrator to join our Property Management team in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact between internal and external departments, carrying out day to day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Property Management department.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and documentation signing
- System updates and reporting
- Registration of tenancy contracts
- Ensure operation are in line with Better Homes Policy, in correlation with landlords' policies and Project Management Agreement.

Requirements

- Knowledge of the local real estate market including specific terminology and regulations.
- 2-3 years experience in an Administrative role, specifically within a Real Estate / Property Management.
- High computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
