We are looking for an ambitious Property Advisor.

Our team is not a classic real estate, we are real experts in investments. We will teach you all the intricacies of the market and how to sell for big checks.

Requirements

We will definitely match if you have:
• Successful experience in real estate sales from 1 year;
• Positive thinking and a high level of empathy;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with anyone;
• Readiness for constant learning and development;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at least Intermediate;
• You already live in Dubai, or are ready to move.

What we expect from you:
• Professional negotiation: coordination of positions, bringing negotiations to a result, search for compromise solutions;
• Search, selection of real estate on request;
• In-depth knowledge in sales (the ability to identify a need, present yourself and the project, answer customer questions, sign a contract);
• Registration of transactions;
• Work on the development of a personal brand
• Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction.
