Property & Concierge Manager

Job description / Role

Managing all aspects of several vacation rental homes in Dubai on behalf of a UHNW couple, this role will be based in the UAE, but can offer 100% remote working. Experienced within the luxury travel and vacation homes sector, the successful candidate will be highly professional, with excellent communications skills to manage competing deadlines, guest relationships and be a proactive and solutions driven individual. You will have exceptional Dubai local knowledge as you will be available to assist guests with navigating their way around the city, recommending activities and entertainment, and supporting them with any special requests.

The Property & Concierge Manager will oversee the entire process for the properties including social media campaigns and website updates to encourage demand, responding to all queries, negotiating partnership agreements with travel agents and hospitality venues, managing lease agreements, and ensuring reliable suppliers and maintenance repairs. It is your role to ensure the properties are fully prepared with housekeeping, laundry, repairs, and consumables before the arrival of each guest and you will personally check them in offering a strong customer orientation. You will then be constantly available to offer concierge services with regards to social bookings, excursions, and luxury purchases to the guests to ensure they have a fantastic stay.

Requirements

You will be highly tenacious and have strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail. Although this is a remote working role, flexibility is required to ensure global guests are greeting upon arrival and supported daily throughout their vacation. Therefore, those with a drivers’ license and access to their own car is preferred. Constantly developing your own network and seeking out referral opportunities, you will excel in 5-star service and therefore those with relevant real estate and hospitality exposure are highly required.

English fluency and the desire to go above and beyond the guest’s expectations are key for this new role. The employer can offer potential growth for the hard working and experienced candidate as the couple further develop their vacation property portfolio.
