Property Consultant

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking for a Property Consultant/ Agents to join our office located in Barsha Heights (Tecom).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent negotiation and communication skills. This highly specialized role will involve the sale and leasing of exciting property investments to our highly qualified database of subscribers.

We work from 9AM-6PM Sunday - Thursday (Flexible time)

We offer Commission Basis for this role, but we give a good bonus structure to our Agents.

Responsibilities:
- Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects & leads for target markets and sectors through market knowledge, research and client relationship
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale, property valuation,) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service, and to update Reports.
- Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
- Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in UAE (and other) and study factors influencing property market.
- Collect full details of property which includes arranging viewings, showing the property to potential tenants, etc...
- Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)

Requirements

- Must have UAE experience working in the similar role and has a RERA License
- Should have a UAE Driving License
- Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement.
- Collecting, interpreting, problem-solving, decision-making, research skills
- Strategic Planner, Analytical, Creative thinker and has a Dynamic character
- Stress & time management skills
