Job description / Role

- Tailors a professional experience to clients in representing them in all real estate transactions.
- Fostering good connections and building trust with clients to establish a long-term professional relationships.
- Negotiates purchase agreements and has the ability to turn around rejections.
- Provides consultation and guidance to clients for a variety of options to optimize their investments.
- Cultivates passion to deliver commitments with integrity and honesty at all times.
- Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge of finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and promote properties to possible clients through advertisements, open houses, virtual or physical viewings, and listing services.
- Strictly comply with the company’s rules and regulations i.e., code of ethics, dress code policies, etc.

Requirements

- Valid Driver’s License
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Effective communication skills in Russian / Italian and English
- Ability to work under pressure and stress
- Strongly driven for sales
