We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our esteemed real estate team in the UAE. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, providing expert advice, and facilitating successful property rentals. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the UAE real estate market, have some sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for real estate and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Property Listings: Acquire, list, and market residential and properties for rent through various channels, including online portals and social media.
• Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with real estate trends and property values in the UAE to provide accurate pricing advice to clients.
• Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate and facilitate property deals between owners/tenants and property owners, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
• Documentation and Legal Compliance: Assist clients in completing all necessary documentation for property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Client Consultation: Advise clients on real estate opportunities, property financing, and market conditions to guide them in making informed decisions.
• Networking and Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking events, referrals, and other lead generation methods to expand the client base.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process to foster long-term relationships and gain referrals.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• UAE driving license
• Attested educational certificate
