Job description / Role
Role and Responsibilities (Brief Description):
• Prospecting for clients and sales channels
• Qualifying and converting leads
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Updating CRM system, maintaining clear activity chain
• Networking with prospective clients and channel partners
• Offering highest quality of service by adhering to organization standards and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all leads are attended to and followed up properly
• Enter all activity into the CRM system with clear, conclusive remarks and a specific follow-up date
• Recruit, induct and train 10 new UAE-based real estate brokerage firms and 2 international agencies every month
• Generate 40 leads a month through prospecting and networking
• Meet monthly sales targets
Working Relationships:
• Internal: Sales and CRM teams
• External: Clients, Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Real Estate Agencies, Banking Professionals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Real Estate or Financial Services background
• At least three years of general sales experience, with minimum of one year in real estate sales
