Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Achieve sales targets/KPIs set by in Employment Contract
• Sell, for a fee, real-estate owned by others
• Present purchases offer to sellers for consideration
• Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers\
• Contact property owners and advertise service to solicit property sales listings
• Arrange for title searchers to determine whether clients have clear property titles
• Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales
• Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements
• Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisal
• Prepare documents as applicable, such as the listing form, Form A, Passport copy, title deed, Marketing addendum, price check, etc. and submit to administration
• Ensure due diligence of above listings documents to comply with Dubai’s Land Department and real Estate regulatory Agency (RERA) Standards
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
• Monitor Fulfillment or purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner
• Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations, descriptions and available financing options
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market rates
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listings service
• Maintain Knowledge of UAE real-estate law, local economies, types of available mortgage and financing options
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times


• Atleast 2 years experience in Real Estate
• Communication Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Background in Sales
• Knowledge in Dubai Real-estate
• Knowledge of real estate market
• Preferably Off-plan
• Self-Motivation and Persistence
